Microbiome Retreat Tasmania - October 2025

10-14 October: 5 Days of Nourishment, Rest & Reconnection in Freycinet National Park

Join us for 5 soul-nourishing days (4 nights) on the edge of Freycinet National Park - one of Tasmania’s most breathtaking coastal regions.

Led by Chantel Yates, a naturopath and herbalist with over 18 years of experience in gut and microbiome health, this is more than a retreat. It’s a gut-loving immersion into the art and science of microbiome nourishment. You’re invited to slow down, tune in, and live in rhythm with your body’s wisdom while surrounded by wild nature, kindred spirits, and the nurturing embrace of the Freycinet Peninsula.

Every meal is lovingly prepared with your gut in mind - gluten-free, predominantly plant-based, and designed for maximum microbiome comfort and nourishment. From chia puddings and vibrant salads to warm, grounding dinners and simple fermented treats, food will be both medicine and pleasure.

All dietary needs will be thoughtfully catered for with advance notice. You’ll leave not only well-fed and deeply rested, but re-inspired and reconnected to the simple, transformative magic of living in harmony with your inner ecosystem.

Spaces are limited to 10 participants.

Come home to yourself. Your gut - and your soul - will thank you.
