Naturopathic Consultations
It all begins with an initial consultation. Maybe you want to expand your diet. Maybe you want to treat an existing health condition. Or maybe you want to supercharge your health by optomising your gut microbiome Whatever it is, we start by taking a full health history, assessing relevant test results and ordering more testing if needed. Once we know what we are dealing with we can then use a targeted approach to treatment to get you on track and back to better health.
Practitioner Mentoring
Dear practitioner, whether your are a new grad or have seen many seasons as a pracci, I’m here to help. Mentoring with me provides a supportive space to reflect on your practice, work on challenges and receive specialist advice as well as nurturing your growth and development as a practitioner. I’m here to help with challenging or complex cases as well as patients presenting with conditions outside of your area of expertise. It can be extremely valuable to have a second pair of eyes (or brain) on the case or an alternative perspective.
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
SIBO is defined as the presence of excessive bacteria in the small intestine. Under the mentoring and guidance of Dr Jason Hawrelak, I have gained extensive skills in diagnosing and treating SIBO and CMO (Colonic Methane Overproduction). I currently offer a SIBO eradication protocol that runs over 6 months to assist patients who are having difficulty eradicating SIBO or are experiencing recurrent SIBO.
This process guides you through testing procedures for most accurate results, treatment for eradication of SIBO/CMO, as well as a long-term healing strategy with diet and lifestyle recommendations to prevent recurrence. Includes regular check-ins. The 6 month program includes your initial appointment and 4 x 30min follow-up appointments spaced 5 weeks apart. Microbiome Revive
If you want to heal your gut and support a vital and thriving ecosystem that will then support you to thrive then this program is for you. The Microbiome Revive Program runs over 12 months. This is generally how long it takes for patients to adopt the treatments and dietary changes needed for an ecosystem to get back on track and thriving. We test the ecosystem at the beginning of our journey and at subsequent time points to track changes.
If you would like to work on your microbiome but the 12 month commitment is not for you, you can book the microbiome short course which is the first part of the program (3 appointments) with the option to extend to the full program at a later date. The cost is discounted by 10% to $1010 for 12 months, $600 for short course (this price does not include the cost of testing or medicines prescribed). More info on the microbiome can be found here.
